ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS:
We Want You to Love what you have ordered, But if for some reason you don’t, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s) for a full refund or store credit. Most Items are returnable for a refund/store credit within 30 day calendar days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be in their new and original condition with packaging, tags and sanitary protection intact. for hygiene reasons the items will be checked thoroughly upon return.Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us via chat, email or phone within 7 days of your package delivery date. Please note that shipping fee and gift wrap fee are non refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Due to sanitary purposes, opened parcels may not be returned or refunded.
How can I cancel an order?
We are sorry to hear you changed your mind and now want to cancel your order. Please contact jongh9116@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed and fulfilled.
Do you confirm the order cancellation? How can I check the status of my cancellation?
Yes, our customer service representative will be in touch with you shortly, replying to your email. Our business hours and Monday to Friday between 9 AM-6 PM. We will be in touch with you throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.
I refused my order, where is my refund?
Refused international orders (outside Europe) will not be refunded. Refused delivery within EU is charged 10 EUR to cover the restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days after the parcel is returned to our warehouses to provide you with a store credit.
Unclaimed orders. I couldn’t pick up the order in time and it got sent back.
Unclaimed international orders (outside Europe) will not be refunded. The postal services will attempt to deliver the order multiple times, and the window of picking up the orders from the postal/courier centers is 3-4 weeks before they got shipped back. Unclaimed delivery is charged 10 EUR to cover the restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days after the parcel is returned to our warehouses to provide you with a store credit.

Can I return my order?
We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your order. Please note that due to sanitary reasons, Ylee NAILS are not possible to return or exchange however in some cases we do offer store credit or replacement products. Please contact jongh9116@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request as quickly as possible and provide you with a store credit. Please note that we do not refund shipping and packaging costs and an administrational fee of 10 $ is charged on every refund inquiry.
What if the product I received is damaged?
For defective products, please email us at jongh9116@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the goods with your order number and a photo of the damage as proof. Once the damage is confirmed with the courier company, a replacement will be processed as soon as possible.
NOTE: A product damaged by the customer is not eligible for a refund.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive a product you did not order, please email us at jongh9116@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the product with your order number and a photo along with the description of the wrong product. Upon verifying your purchase went wrong, we will offer a store credit for a replacement product of equal value.
What if my order is incomplete?
If you are missing items from your order, please contact us at jongh9116@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Our fulfillment company takes a video of the fulfillment process, if we indeed shipped your order partially due to human error we will provide you a store credit or re-ship the missing items once the problem is confirmed.
What if I don’t like the product?
We attempt to be as accurate as possible regarding product descriptions and photography on the website: However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and colors are fully truthful. Color appearance on a monitor or mobile display can look a bit different under various illumination conditions. In case a product you have received is not exactly the same as it appears online or you anticipated, exchange or refund is not applicable.
