WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We wish we could get our products into the hands of everyone. Currently, we can ship to the continental U.S. and most international countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or other military addresses. We are working on getting our products everywhere around the world. Email us if you have more questions.

SHIPPING TIME

The maximum processing time for orders is 48 hours during business days (Monday – Friday), majority of the orders ger processed on the same day. Orders are NOT processed on Weekends and Holidays.  After your order was shipped it can take anywhere between 10-20 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact jongh9116@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Ylee  will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. 

MY PACKAGE IS STUCK AND TRACKING SHOWS NO MOVEMENT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For domestic orders, the package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. Please send an email to jongh9116@gmail.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier’s tracking information. 

Important Notice:      

1. After the package is shipped, it will take 2-3 days to be tracked(Holidays may extend the update time)
2. US packages cannot be tracked on the USPS website, accurate tracking url: https://www.17track.net (You can reply to this email to request a USPS tracking number)

STOLEN ITEMS

Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items. If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS, as well as a complaint with your local police station.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT DIDN’T ARRIVE?

First of all, please check the tracking status of your order.  If your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please be aware there is nothing we can do about it. However, you can check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally or contact your local post office for help locating the package.  If your order has been lost, please email us at jongh9116@gmail.com and let us get back to you in 48h with the best possible solution for you.
